Struggling to keep track of your Calories?

Hey guys,

Now that we have a blog we are going to try and update it weekly with nutrition tips, home workouts, etc. The first one is a App that will help you lose weight and tell you the nutritional info of the foods you are eating

What is it:
Download the Lose It App on your phone or IPad! It's a great quick App for keeping track of calories, weight gain/weight loss, and exercise.

How it works:
You pick a target weight and a reasonable rate of loss and the program will set a daily caloric target which adjust with your exercise. The App will also give you daily and weekly reports that can be received through email. The App is very flexible no matter what type of diet you are on. You are able to scan barcodes to get nutrition info or type in the food you are eating and the App will have all of the nutritional info for you. The last thing the App does that we like is it allows you to share with friends or a trainer to help keep you accountable and on the right path if you choose.
