Sports Performance

We offer sport specific training to athletes elementary age to high school and college age. In our 3,000 square foot turf gym, after a dynamic warm-up, each athlete will work on speed and agility, explosive power, functional strength and sport specific movements. All athletes will have access to our weight room for individualized weight training. Our goal is to challenge and enhance each athlete and help them get to the next level. There is so much athletic potential for the athletes in this area to have a collegiate or even a professional career and we can help you get there.


Elementary (Ages 6-8):
This group is made up of our young athletes, ages 6-8 years old. At this age the body is primed for new information and ready to ingrain new movement patterns. Our elementary program is conducted in a 45-minute session and is designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. We will place a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, and balance. One of the major benefits parents will see is an increase in their athletes confidence on and off the field.


Middle School (Ages 9-12):
This 60-minute session will focus on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power.This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change, as athletes naturally increase in height, weight, strength and aggressiveness. The need for improved joint integrity is vital for reducing the chance of injury. Athletes will be introduced to lifting weights with proper form and technique.


High School and Up (Ages 13+):
For our high school and beyond athletes, technique is fine-tuned, in an intense 60-75 minute session. Athletes in our high school group can expect to see gains in strength, speed, flexibility, and mobility. We will spend a lot of time on injury prevention, and proper body control. Our goal for every athlete is to maximize his or her athletic ability. We plan on watching our athletes compete at the highest level and compete for championships.
